1. Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 2 days of receiving their order at their doorstep. However, refunds will not be issued. Instead, the product can be exchanged for another item of the same value. The item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, to be eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• If the frock or shirt is damaged by the customer after delivery.
• If the dress has been used, worn, or is no longer in its original condition.
• If a return request is made after 2 days of delivery, even if the dress is still wearable.

• Customers are advised to check their order immediately upon delivery.
• Ensure proper care of the product, as any damage caused after delivery will void return eligibility.
